multeepurpose - マル・ティー・パーパス

今日、ダウンタウンでのミーティングの後、ソフト・オープニングしているmulteepurposeに顔を出してきた。家具がまだ全ては揃っていないが、なぜかとても居心地がよい。多分、未完成な感じが逆に良いのかも知れない。
After a meeting in downtown, my assistant, Erika, and I stopped at multeepurpose that we designed. They are doing soft-opening. Even though the cafe has not been fully furnished yet, I felt very comfortable in the space somehow. I guess the feeling of incompleteness is adding a taste to the space.

ここはただのカフェとは違い、文化、アート、人が集うまさにマルチパーパスな空間。固定された一つの堅苦しいイメージは無い。カフェの中にその様な空間があるのではなく、その空間の中にドリンクをオーダー出来るカウンターがある、という感じ。Ｔシャツやロゴのデザインなども行っている。
This cafe is not a typical place for a cup of coffee. It is a multi-purpose space where culture, art and people meet, and it makes you feel that a cafe counter happened to be there.

デザインして作ってもらったカウンターと手作りしたライト（リンク）。
コードのたるみ具合が、適当な感じでこの場には合っている。

The loose cables look appropriate in this environment.
