スペースが限られている上に、構造上取り壊せない壁が立ちはだかり、頭を悩ませた。
以前は窓一つ無い暗いレストランだった。The Spice Tableは、やさしい日の光が入る、家庭的な雰囲気のあるレストランになる。
The space is limited, and the load bearing walls gave us a hard time to create a plan. 
It used to be a windowless dark restaurant.　The Spice Table will receive gentle sunlights and have cozy and homey atmosphere.   　

このスペースの中に、自家製のパンを焼き、薪を燃やして料理するグリルまで入れた。
Despite the fact that the space is limited, it will house a baking oven for home made bread and wood burning hearth.   

何も無い様に見えるが、工事は着々と進んでいる。
It looks empty and quiet, but the construction has been moving forward.
